I am aiming to raise money to assist Pankind in achieving its mission to dramatically increase survival rates and quality of life for those affected by pancreatic cancer.
In Australia, 8 people will die from pancreatic cancer every day and the disease is the 5th most common cancer killer in Australia, with a devastatingly low five-year survival rate of only 10.7%.
Pankind is the only charity in Australia exclusively dedicated to the disease and invests in cutting-edge medical research and patient support.
